Shipping
Standard Ground Shipping:
Domestically, ground delivery times are generally 2 to 7 business days from the day an order is shipped, depend on the destination location. All orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 48 hours, unless otherwise instructed. All orders received after 2:30 PM, Pacific Time, will be shipped the next business day.
Other Delivery Methods Available:
- Next Day Air early morning: Delivery by 10:00 AM next business day
- Next Day Air: Delivery by 3:30 PM next business day
- Second Day Air: Delivery second business day
- Three Day Select: Afternoon delivery 3rd business day
Additional shipping charges will apply. Saturday delivery is available thru FedEx or UPS with additional charges. For special shipping methods, expedited orders, and all international orders, please call or email info@pacificblueeyewear.com for shipping arrangements.
Returns and Warranties:
PACIFIC BLUE USA, INC. guarantees that it will replace any merchandise failure due to defects in material and/or workmanship, free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- All returns must be in full dozens and in its original packaging.
- Original receipt(s) must be accompanied with the return shipment.
- This guarantee does not apply to special orders or promotional items.
- We must be notified by email at info@pacificblueeyewear.com within thirty (30) days of the ship date to initiate your return.
- A Pacific Blue USA, Inc. representative must issue a Return Authorization number. A return shipment without our authorization will be refused.
- After the merchandise is received, it will be processed and a refund issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
